You'll be fine! I usually give myself one day out of the week as a cheat day. 300 cals is NOTHING! Occasionally I'll go over by 1000 on a cheat day and guess what? The scale does not move! It's key to just get back to your plan, keep your activity up, and not be so hard on yourself. Just be consistent :)

This is such a problem for me as well! My friends are either overweight or have never struggled with their weight so they don't pay much attention to what they eat. It's so hard to be out and making the healthy choices when there is no support.
