I would love to do this. I am quite nervous because this is my 3rd major time trying to get to goal weight. I've gotten close 2 times before, but never actually there. This time around it's been harder to get started and harder to stay motivated. I will need lots of support to keep going.

First, it's not a dumb question! Second, cardio is great for burning calories, but if you add weight training you will burn more throughout the day.
