Working on the last 15 lbs for about 15 years. I go up a bit, down a bit. It's very frustrating but what is the alternative. Just trying to start the new year the right way.

I think I agree with eating more. It seems when we do not eat enough or exercise a lot our bodies shut down to perserve food/energy. So increase your healthy food choices and see what happens.
