I am 5 foot 5 inches. To be a healthy weight I need to be under 150. I have felt my best between 140 to 147 so I dunno, I will see when I get there. It looks like we have similar goals so add me! My food diary is open for viewing to friends:smile:

I do not recommend skipping breakfast!! If you go without eating for 12 hours or longer your metabolism actually slows down. Just eat something filling like oatmeal or you can try an english muffin with egg and canadian bacon. If you get hungry mid-morning, eat a snack! Its ok, its no big deal and you will feel better.…

I have about 45 pounds to lose! I have three kids ages 1,9 and 11. between my middle child and my baby, I lost 60 pounds!!! Now I have to do it AGAIN! I am findin out that its harder the second time around. I need encouragement also! :)

Yes this is very true! I had gained weight with my first two kids and lost 60 pounds when they were 7 and 9 years old. After about a year, I got pregnant with my third child!
