  • Agree with previous reply. I've done p90x, and I've done Insanity. I can totally see mixing the two! P90x is great for the strength training and Insanity is awesome for cardio and way more intense than p90x. One feels very accomplished after an Insanity workout!
  • I've done it several times. Because it such a long workout - 45 minutes, I find it hard to get motivated to do it more than once a week. I actually like Jillian Michael's 30 day shred better! 20 minutes and she kicks my @$$ every time!

  • Having MFP friends is a must! I'm 31, and it's been a bear to lose 11 lbs. I've been at it for 1 1/2 months and have lost 6 lbs. This used to be so easy in my 20s!!! Here for you!! Sending an add now!
