I gave up refined sugar a couple of years ago, just for a week, as a challenge to myself, and I was shaking. You definitely go through a withdrawal period. I started keeping dark chocolate in my desk so that I could have just a small piece instead of getting to the point where I wanted to binge. Just keep at it!

This was my issue a couple of years ago. I had great results, but I was obsessively weighing every bite I took and I could see that it could easily turn into an eating disorder.
