I'm a vegetarian. I try to eat vegan as much as possible. I prefer most alternatives to the real thing...EXCEPT cheese. Cheese is my weakness :P

My counts on Endomondo seem higher, so I usually use the MFP values because I'd rather overestimate on food and underestimate on exercise so I don't go wrong :P

Just think, if you lose 1lb a week it'll take you just over a year to lose it - not long in the scheme of things, really. It might even come around quicker! :)

I'm not a man, but I do work with food! Why not try a nice lean steak with a homemade onion gravy, salad, corn on the cob, maybe some boiled potatos (add some dill, it tastes great)? On websites like this (and analysing stuff) I always say I am sedantary, and then ignore all the walking I do (1 hour+ a day). I only add in exercise for exercise's sake, if that makes sense, so I hope that my hour of walking is like a secret added bonus.
