  • thanks for posting, I just finished watching and it was a bit of an eye opener for me, i think maybe I am starting to become a bit too obsessive. Why is it so hard to be totally happy with your "goal weight" whatever that is. I don't have an eating disorder (I love food too much) but definately still don't think I'm…
  • I eat 10 squares of chocolate everyday and have done so since i started, my weight loss is slow but steady. My reasoning is I don't want to deprive myself of a little bit of good stuff, this is the way I will eat forever not just till I get to my "goal weight" whatever that is. Go for it!
  • I hear you, my BMI is 22 and I could lose a few more pounds. I can't remember the last time I weighed this little and I thought I would be super trim but that's not the case. I will just keep ploding along I'm sure we will get one day, I hope you get there soon. I too am scared of rebounding I hope there are some good tips…
  • I eat every 2 or 3 hours, not huge amounts but I'm never hungry. If your eating the right type of foods, whole and low gi you should be good.
  • totally agree with you . Lifes too short.
  • thanks everyone for the advice, I done some bridge exercises, lunges and squats and tomorrow I will run. I would really like to see a physio but I'm a STAH mum, 1 wage same old story. thanks
  • I was hungry at first but then I started eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours and now I'm never hungry, but if I Don't eat my snack I end up pigging out at the next meal and can't seem to get full. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to not eating 3 huge meals a day. Goodluck
  • chocolate mud cake with fudge sauce my little girl giggling always makes me laugh
  • I don't eat all my exercise calories, I have usually around 250 left over. my weightloss has been a kilo a month but I only exercise for around 30 min. don't know if this helps but what I do is just listen to my body, I eat about every 3 hours so I am never hungary and feel pretty good, goodluck
  • totally there with ya, I can't understand why everyone doesn't like to exercise. Lately I am finding it hard to have rest day now, still am forcing myself.
  • thanks, I feel pretty good when I'm exercising so I think, like you said my legs are probably getting better. I thought I was pretty fit before but a month of intervals has made a huge difference. mel
  • Hi ladies, hope everyone is well. Well this is my last post in here for awhile, started my period yesterday , I just can't bring myself to say the MC word. So back to weight loss and TTC. It really makes me appreciate the little angel we have already. I hope everyone has hassle free pregnancies and lots of healthy little…
  • Thanks Angela for the kind words. well I started spotting again this morning so i have done a first urine sample and am going to the docs in a few hours, I hope this time he will be a bit more reassuring if not I might go to another doctor, I just want him to say oh that's normal and stop worrying. I really just want to…
  • I'm still here, sorry to hear the morning sickness is still on the go, I am not exercising either, no morning sickness for me just tired all the time. I got my hubby to hide the scales yesterday, I have put on 1 kilo in 2 weeks and I don't want to obsess about my weight for the next 8 months. I am glad you can see the…
  • Hi jalara48, Hang in there , it will happen. Maybe your not eating enough, sometimes they say your body goes into starvation mode. My weight loss was slow too, 1 kilo a month, please don't be too hard on yourself, your trying and you'll get there. If weighing is getting you down, maybe stop for a couple of weeks. Cheer up,…
  • Thanks00Angela00 Goodluck at the OB. I hope you start feeling better soon. I remember with my last I got big boobs too, especially if you breastfeed they get massive which was great at the time but when I stopped BF they turned out like 2 deflated ballons. I am definately getting a boob job after this baby. It doesn't…
  • For me, I love interval training. It is fat burning and you only have to do it for 30 min. You do 30 seconds hard then 30 slow or you can mix it up 2 min fast and 1 slow what ever takes your fancy. I wouldn't worry too much about what your heart moniter tells you to do, Just what ever you feel comfortable with.
  • Hi guys, I would like to join. I just found out I am pregnant with #2 after TTC for 6 months. Hooray! I was just wondering what everyones calorie intake is and how much exercise? I have set mine on matinence now and exercise for 30 min every 2 or 3 days with my heartrate under 150 which is really hard for me because I like…
  • Don't worrry, one day every now and then is no biggie. I have one about every 2 weeks and never put weight back on. If you don't indulge sometimes life is not worth living.
  • I log my calories while I am exercising on a stationary bike so the time goes really quick. I usually only exercise for about 35 minutes so I don't get burnt out , I used to go for 60 min or more at the gym but once I lost the weight I lost the motivation so now I have decided to 30 min each day forever even when I am…
  • dark chocolate cheese tomatoes eggs diet coke sour cream bread butter meat banana
  • I agree with tzvishear, I don't diet, I will always count calories slow and steady wins the race!
  • I eat every 3 hours and exercise for 30 minutes everyday. I have a bit of chocolate 2 times a day and for me I don't have a timeline, this is how I am going to eat always, I am never hungary and enjoy my food.
  • My weight has always been up and down my whole life, when I get to the size where all my clothes fit I just stop exercising and slowly put the weight back on . I think maybe it might be different this time because I am not exercising my butt off, I just do 30 mins everyday and I have faced the fact that this is what I will…
  • I still eat bad stuff but just not heaps of it. If I don't eat any junk then I just feel miserable so my weigt loss is slow but I am happy too.
  • I think that if your hurgary and not happy then it's probably not the diet for you. I know some people that try to lose weight really quick with shakes and they are miserable and short tempered, slow and steady wins the race.
  • I breastfed for 7 months and lost weight at the same time and I have dropped 1 cup size and they are so saggy. I don't think my hubby likes mine anymore either so after the next baby I am getting a boob job for sure and I can't wait. Even smaller I wouldn't mind but saggy looks so awful so I defiately feel your pain, still…
  • 1 tenth, How aggrivating! I started earlier this year (just had a baby) and went to gym 5 days a week for intense 1 hour sessions and was strict during the week then on the weekends I would eat what I wanted to because I thought I earned it and lost weight. Then was trying to fall pregnant and decided to quit gym and just…
  • I eat every 2 or 3 hours and only do 30 min moderate exercise a day, on average lose .5 of a pound a week, I like it this way because I am never hungry and still have chocie for snacks and don't deprive myself. It's just slow but I look at it more like I will eat like this forever, it's not a diet. My Hubby wants to lose…
  • I hope that you can get back on track soon. It sounds like there is alot of horrible things happening all at once but please try and see the light at the end. It's about the journey and the harder it is the more you appreciate at the end and you WILL make it. Try not to focus too much on the negatives, I know it's hard…
