plateaus
Hi, I am pretty sure I have hit a plateau ( my weight loss is slow so it took awhile to figure out) The thing is I don't really want to change what I am doing. I thought I would buy some digital scales ( I have the dial type) and I tried about 10 different ones, each time I got back on they were a different weight. Is this normal? Plus they all told me a different number aswell. So whats the deal?

I'm confused
So I went and looked at past posts about eating exercise calories but now I'm more confused. At the start with the goals I said I would exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes, do I log this and eat those calories or do I log the extra exercise I do.
