Reading Dr. Sleep by Stephen King, Pure by Julianna Baggott and just discovered the Lucinda Pierce detective series by Diane Fanning.

Everything is possible! I would say, workout extra hard that day, eat a bit lighter, and enjoy your beers (maybe light beers?) and special night. Next day, don't slack, work out again, drink lots of water and eat normal, healthy food!

Great story! I can see all the hard work you've put in, you look great!

I don't think there's any way to stop them, except ban them afterwards. But they can just create a new account and do it again! Best thing is to just report them.....and then make fun of them.

Don't skip. Work out and then eat lots of veggies with some protein.

Yes because I'm a sweat-er when I work out. But then, I wash it every day regardless, pretty much. I use a sulfate-free shampoo, products to protect against heat styling, boar-bristle brush and a satin pillowcase. My hair has actually never been in better condition (I colour it too)!

It's a personal choice and nothing wrong with it. My mom stayed home all throughout my childhood and it was great having her there. I don't recall suffering because of the one income (my dad was a teacher; in Canada they make a pretty good salary). A bit difference in Canada as we get a year's maternity leave so by then,…

I'm hoping eventually they find Baby Judith alive...I think she was taken onto the bus. Hoping the writers wouldn't be that cruel! It was good, I enjoyed it. Waiting for Daryl next week!

Low body fat?

I'll often have soup for breakfast (don't know why, it's just easy to eat in the mornings). But I get questions from my coworkers about it....whatever, I like soup in the morning!

I really have nothing today (surprising!) but I'll come back tomorrow with something, I'm sure..... Let it out! You feel a little bit better!
-
It's over with. It's in the past. Nothing you can do now except move on, back to healthy eating, and maybe get in an extra workout if you can! You will survive this!

In for more cute animals on strings.

I'm a court reporter!

Sounds like it took him a bit of time but he realized that it would be really hard for you to go there. Good boyfriend! Don't be afraid to speak up and tell him your needs, he sounds like a good one and will listen & help you. Put this behind you, go out with his buddy to a different place (they can go to the burger joint…

Very inspiring! Congratulations!

True! Keep the half with the seed in it. Also sprinkle some lemon juice on it. I love avocados plain with just some salt, pepper and lemon.....so good! I have tried to make it with the egg in it, but it didn't turn out too well....

Haha, pretty sure way to ensure no second date!

Ooohhh.....you're all makin' me hungry!

Ask her where she got her cool glasses!

I love my Starfrit garlic press. Smashes those cloves with ease! Also, coffeemaker. NEED IT.

I don't consider it to be an "easy fix". That is the misconception. It is a tool, like a Fitbit, a food scale or any other. At the end of the day it's still up to me to watch what I put in my mouth and eat healthily. This just really helps with portion control which I need. But what I have been through in the last 3.5…

Sounds like maybe your depression is a bit worse than you thought. Your parents are overly concerned (never heard anyone turn into a drug addict by taking anti-depression meds though!), but you have to do what's right for you. I think the idea to see a new doctor is a good one, or at least go to your current doc and…

Amazing work! You look awesome.

I have had the lap band for 3.5 years. It's just a tool like anything else; I still have to do the work. It's not quite what I expected, but I have lost and kept off 44 pounds. Still trying for more though. I have thought about having it removed, but I'm worried I'll gain everything back (it definitely helps with portion…

That's pretty cheap. I had a personal trainer for over a year; each session was $50. But I did luck out; as he was my friend's husband he was giving me one free session a week as well. I thought it was great; they definitely push you harder than you would yourself.

Awesome job!

I have looked at your pictures and you're beautiful! I don't think you're too skinny for your frame; I'm assuming you're also petite. I agree that it could be some insecurity on his part if as you say he's unhappy with himself yet sees you improving yourself. Would he be willing to work out with you or eat healthy with…

Exactly!

Sounds like a good plan! Take each day one at a time and make it something you can sustain even when you've lost the weight. EDIT to add: If I try to focus on the amount I want to lose as a whole, it gets me down because it's a big number. So I try to make smaller goals which are more achieveable and celebrate each one of…
