So you need to find something to do on Sundays! I struggle with boredom eating too, and need to find things to do. Go for a long walk, call up some girlfriends and get together, do yard work. Keep your mind occupied!

Looking awesome! That lacy dress is so pretty!

I don't think it's "asking for a pedophile to abduct them" but I'm not sure it's appropriate for every day. Maybe a special occasion, a party or something.

I used to just try to restrict calories, but often I found it really hard, and failure was happening too frequently. Now I love to work out and get those extra calories! I try not to eat them all but now I don't feel bad when I go over my calorie target.

Wow, awesome work!

I try to take it one day at a time. If I look at the big picture sometimes it's too overwhelming. I'm on here daily, feel free to add me!

All we can do is keep trying. I notice that since I'm older, it's much harder to drop pounds. So, while I'm working out and exercising more than I ever have before, and eating much better (although I still go over my calories some days), the weight is coming off very slowly. The best thing is to just take it one day at a…

Awesome! You could probably pay to get it altered.....that was an amazing deal!

I'm now able to lunge for all of the lunge track in BodyPump without my knees killing me. I was subbing squats which don't hurt as much, but decided to try doing lunges. I could do it! Was proud of myself!

If you're working out that much, are you eating back any exercise calories? Maybe you're not eating enough. You could try eating back 50-75% of them and see if that helps.

Great work!

If it's not listed here, maybe you can Google for calories burned while horseback riding, or something, and then create your own exercise? Definitely it sounds like a work out so I would count it as such.

Tuesdays and Thursdays all summer I have Dragon Boating. I'm kind of disappointed at how little activity I'm actually doing while doing it, you know ( there's a lot of resting; we're still in the learning to row phase)? I'm hoping once we start training for our regattas it'll up the actual exercise part of it. But it's fun…

Squats and lunges to get that butt back!

Amazing job! I love how you just tried to increase your exercise week by week and now you're swimming a mile! That's so awesome!

The community can be great! You can do this!

5'10 and 135 isn't even overweight, more on the lower end of your weight range. As said maybe this way of eating isn't for you. I don't think I could do this because I'd probably have the same issues. Maybe you need to find another way of eating.

Kind of exciting....although I haven't seen them or any advertising in Canada yet. But I'll probably try them, I do like a kale salad!

Her answer is great. The first thing I thought when I saw that this had happened was, he doesn't know the struggles she's faced/facing, or what she's going through. She's lost a bunch of weight already, and is trying to get healthier! Maybe this game was a "splurge day" and so she had a hot dog and some nachos. Who the…

It's slow yes, but you're going down so good for you! I wouldn't think you have too much to lose either, with the stats you posted, so it's going to be on the slower side. But if you want a bit more, as suggested track your food more carefully. You're likely eating more than you think.

Pinterest! I love it!

Yes, Heidi is right.

This stuff is really good! Not sure what shade would work best for your colouring though....

Thanks; I'm finally bringing her home today after three nights in $$$ even worse, had an accident at the gym Monday night (trainer hit me in the face with a weight bar at the gym) and broke three of my teeth. May is not my month! :'(

Awesome job!

I think as mentioned, use one consistently. I also have to check where I set my scale on my floor as it is tile, and so sometimes the floor is uneven and it gives me a different reading. (I would take the reading where I was four pounds less, TBH! :D )

If you have a Costco near you they can have great workout stuff! I'm sorry I forget the name brand of the workout leggings but they have a drawstring to adjust (sounds like that would work for you) and the price is right. I also like my Old Navy compression leggings (stay up and keep things from jiggling).

Awesome job! Keep up the good work!
