Sorry to say that based on your meal plan it does not amount to 1200 calories a day. Is it possible to lose 15lbs in 15days yes it is, but is definitely not healthy and you can't do it on working out 30 mins a day, you are not creating a big enough deficit to lose that much. If this is legit congratulations, if not, shame…
