  • This is ironic as I just went for sushi too! I had a rainbow roll and miso soup - it is delicious and love the fact that I came home to find that here on the community a site was listed with the calorie intake! Yeh!!
  • okay.. so two days ago I weigh myself...156.8 today it reads 157.3 What the heck?! maybe it is that the muscle is starting to weigh or what.. I do not know. All I know is that I want it to read 137!!

  • Me too - I have just found this site. Love the fact that I can really track what I am putting into my mouth and the excericse too. Currently at 167 and looking to get to 147. Hope this keeps me on track.
