When I go to the gym, I see people with a gadget on there arm. Possibly it tracks there calories or heart rate or something. Does anyone know what gadget that may be?

I have kept my calorie count under the 1200 a day, plus I work out for 30-45 min a day on my treadmill. I use to go to the gym 6 days a week, but then I decided to purchase a treadmill. I eat ice cream in the evening when I have the extra calories. I don't feel guilty. I always continue to lose so I am happy. As long as you are in your guidelines, don't feel guilty, ENJOY! It tastes so gooood.

I weight myself daily when I first get up on my wii. Consistency is all that matters. The weight loss is the same. I notice that my wii board is about 2 lbs lower than the one at the YM, but yet it is consistent on my weight loss daily. Oh my god! These are awesome. Mine turned out to be about 50 calories a piece. It made 37 cupcakes. I give this a 10 plus. YUMMMY:happy: !

Thanks! I do strength training one day and cardio the next day and alternate 6 days out of the week. I really does make a difference.
