I also started in January, and lost 22 lbs. I have recently taken about 3 weeks off, and luckily, have maintained, but am ready to get back to it, and lose the rest (about 22 more lbs.). I'm glad you're back, and now I know i'm not the only one who takes breaks!

Sometimes I chew a piece of sugarless gum - so having something already in my mouth helps. Also remember that it it takes 21 days to break a habit (I heard), so try to remember that if you can resist for 21 days this habit should be broken --- just a thought. Good luck!

Maybe try some fruit, or yogurt, or cereal, or salsa and baked chips, or maybe some tuna and crackers?? Just some ideas.....hope I helped........good luck.

It makes me cold just to look at that. I send you only warm thoughts! I'm in south Texas and can't even relate to that kind of winter --- well, we did get some snow 3 years ago - it was called the South Texas Miracle - first snow in 30 years! We were in the 80's this weekend. Hope you get warmer very soon!

Hi - I'm fairly new here, and shy about posting, but I have a question: When I go to the reports and check my progress it shows that I have lost 2.8 pounds, but when I go to the reports it says that I have lost 0, and still have 38 to go. Can anyone tell me why? What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
