  • Oh and if you feel like eating bad food, paint your nails! Because then your n ails are wet and you can't eat or do anything until they are dry! Usually by the time they are dry, you have talked yourself out of eating bad. Plus you end up with painted nails! :)
  • We all have our "falling off the wagon" moments. EVERYONE. You have to remember what you want most is not what you want right now (ie to be skinny instead of eating a brownie). 1.Put up some motivation things on the fridge, in the bedroom, on your cellphone, EVERYWHERE. 2. Try using a search engine for a weight loss…

The only way you will stick with it is if you allow yourself some "bad food". Also try having a crave day once a week. Generally by the time you get to the crave day you have…
  • Maybe you should try doing exercise together. Maybe you could try working out in the morning…
  • Absolutely pre-log, just adjust as necessary! :) It helps you know what you can eat, and when you can have a little more or need to cut back. Helps you stay on track! Especially when you are going out to eat, I try to research what I'm going to eat so I can plan accordingly! :)

  • Look at it this way, you still have 1 pound lost. Look at the biggest loser shows, even they have set backs and time frames without loses and all they have to do is lose weight. There will always be a baby shower, a wedding, a holiday, a something to hold you back. You can indulge, just limit your indulgence. (easier said…
