I have the same issues as you. One thing I was told was that when you get new shoes and new arches you have to break them in by wearing them a little at a time. You might have worn them for too long a period. I started wearing mine an hour at a time until I got used to them.

so do you add your exercise points on top of the calorie total or does that website calculate it in already so it doesn't matter what exercise you do that day?

I had back surgery in August of last year. Within days of the surgery I was walking around my house several times a day to get exercise (had to for back healing but wanted to to help keep weight down). I think you'll be fine.

We would definitely consider that but we are a sports fan family and enjoy having all the sports channel. I don't think my husband could do without that :(
