Thanks for the advice! My problem is I have never been able to stick with any diet correctly, which is why I wanted to try a simple one-step at a time method. Great links, I will read up on them and report on progress :)

Hello! I'm 24 and have been trying to lose weight for such a long time :( I finally promised myself that I'm going to lose those 25kg by the time I'm 25. (has a nice ring to it ^^ ) I'm so unhappy with my body, but most of all, disgusted with my lack of self-control!
