Welcome to MFP once you start logging what you are eating everyday (be honest) you will see just how many calories you are eating. I really had no idea how many calories I was eating before now I actually make a concious effort to make healthier choices. Feel free to add me as well!

I ususally have Source yougurt with fresh fruit for breakfast, however I also have egg white omlette, Kashi organic cereal etc.. btw try using almond milk or soy milk, I was using 1% partly skimmed and your right full of sugar...who knew LOL Good Luck

I weigh myself weekly however I have not re measured yet and I started this jorney about 2 1/2 months ago. Right now I can tell by my clothing that I am losing inches as everthing is starting to get loose and I am fitting into some cloths I havent been able to wear in quite awhile. YAH! So my suggeestion is dont put too…

I slice cucumbers, tomato and a little bit of red onion or green onion, drizzle with some olive oil, and your favorite vinegar then sprinkle with a bit of dried parsley, salt and pepper and refridgerate for atleast 30 min. Enjoy! :)

I am 5'4 and my starting weight in May of this year was 190 lbs, I am now at 176 lbs. My goal weight is 145 lbs but I will see as I go along really all depends on how I feel. Good Luck to everyone on their weight loss journey! :smile:
