I plan my day out the night b4. It's actually less stressful for me. I have 2 small kids so it takes less time to get meals ready. Entries can always be changed as u go if needed. Personally I've felt like I've needed one at times....lol. But I'd rather see ppl controling their kids than allowing them to run wild in the stores! Not only that but there would be less of a risk of the kids getting kidnapped.

Keep in mind you loose weight all over your body...not just one area. Not only watch your scales but keep some measurements. I've noticed the biggest changes in myself in my hands, face and legs. I wasn't 'seeing' much change in my waist until I began measuring. Good luck on your journey.

Met my hubby online in a yahoo chat room.As we talked we realize. he went to school w my childhood best friend who had moved out of state when I was 12. 8yra and 2 kids later we r still going strong. There r some real weirdos out there to lok out for. Just be careful. But then their r creeps and weirdos everywhere.

I enjoy the much needed time away when I get it. yes I fsel a little guilty if I go off by myself. But ultimately I'm doing this for my kids.A couple hrs alone a week helps recharge my sanity

Add a piece of lemon or other fruits once in a while, buy flavored waters, or add crystal light or something like that. After u give up the sugar for a while, if u do have a soda or something it really doesn't taste very good!

Add some ground turkey and some salsa to your eggs and a sprinkle of cheese and a few diced pieces of fresh tomato...low cal "taco bell" You can even top w/ a dollop of fat free sour cream!
