Taking all the advice in mind, Do what works for YOU! Set reachable goals. You didn't gain it overnight so it's not going to come off overnight. No matter how many bumps are in the road, you can eventually finish your journey if you just keep moving! And most of all, DO IT FOR YOU and no one else!!!!!!!

Most ppl do drop the soda becuz it bloats most. Plus most sodas r high sugar which can hinder your loss. switch to diet if u havent already and cut back as much as possible. I'm very proud that I met a very major milestone in my journey that I set for myself!!! I wanted to loose down to 200 by today and I DID IT!!! 200.8 to be exact! I have a little more to go...but very proud of my self!!!! and looking forward to being in Onederland next week!!!!!!

My brother is a stick...has been all his life. He tried to get into the army and needed to gain 5lbs to meet the weight criteria. He ended up loosing 10lbs. Check for an indoor pool at your local Y or fitness center or thru a physical therapy center. if none of the see about a hotel with indoor pool. they may work somerhimg out for u for a small fee to just use the pool. Some ppl can be so cruel..Just remind yourself WHY you are out there walking!! I don't give a flying flip what anyone says or thinks about me. I'm out there for ME!! not for them. Honestly...it depends on my day! I tend to try to have about 4 hours between meals and have 3 meals a day. I occasionally have a very light snack (fruit or crackers or rice cake type snacks) between lunch and dinner. Depending on how early we do dinner I might have light snack before bed. Don't buy the Ramen!!! They are absolutely LOADED w/sodium!!!!! They contain about 1/2 of your daily sodium goal!! By a box of pasta (about 1.00) and you can get several meals out of it!! Add your fav veggies or sauce or just about anything you want! there are endless possibilities!!!

I've had some off and on. A few at a time are good but usually I can't get a full serving in b4 they start leaving a funny taste in my mouth. I don't think they'd hurt as long as you r working them into your daily totals. I like the Fit and Active brand rice crisps better. Ranch or Caramel flavors (buy at Aldi's)

I'm in the same boat...Had not lost all the weight from my now 18 mon old son and started gaining after a very stressful move. I still had some weight on from my 4yr old too.
