A lot of gyms have a creche to drop your children while you workout. Have you family or friends that would watch the little ones for 30mins/an hour, a couple of times a week? Hi everyone, I've been trying to maintain now for about 2 months but I'm still losing (albeit slowly) I eat my maintenance cals 1740 (I'm 5ft 4 & 3/4 124lbs) plus as many exercise cals as I can fit into my gob.
