I am at 173lbs which means I gained weight this week! It is also my time of the month and I feel like I am retaining a ton of h2o ugg hopefully next week I will be back in the loss collum

Weighing in at 173 today, which means i put on two pounds, it is my time of the month and I am downing water like a mad woman! Starting a new program for next week since I now have a job, Starting to get up at 5:15 so that I can get the workout in first thing in the morning!

Glad to have you here! You can do it! I just started using the online part yesterday, I did not feel like running today but I got on here and got the encouragement that I needed, not my best run, but I did it! and that is what matters! Congrats On Nursing school!
