I did 30 days shared by jillian Michaels. It was really helpful, but honestly just go for it. When you less prepared you burn more. When i was working out with Jillian it helped me to loose some weight as well and get into working out mood too. It is all up to you! I know you can do it!!!

I am in love with macdonalds fries!!! BUT it gives me lots of unneeded weight. So if I ever feel that i want to have fries i just drink lots of water or green tea and think about my goal.
