  • Hi my name is Eeyore (nickname), and I have just started my diet and excerise regime today. I've gained weight from the medication called Risperdal, also known as Risperidone and would like to lose that weight. My goal is to reach 115lbs. Happy new year to all of you.

  • Hi Ainsley, welcome. I am also new here to....we are in the struggle together. I am also on medication which made me gain a lot of weight. You are not alone.
