Wow!! That's amazing! Great job.

foods, not fruits, LOL!!

It would be fun to make this list into a game and eat one of these different fruits every day and then start again! :D

I had an old friend invite me over and with a dozen Krispy Kremes and a Venti Starbucks Frappicino on her table talk to me about how she is going to get gastric bypass because she doesn't want diabetes. :/ I just said, "Let's go walking then." And she said, "No, my mind is made up." And so I say, "I wish you all the best."…

I did the opposite. I started ww first, but when I got on mfp TO ME it was the same thing. The only difference was that on ww I had to go to 3rd party sites including mfp to find the points to the foods that I was eating. I didn't like to have to look it up on free third party sites since I was paying. So I cancelled.

I agree with this. Long ago, I tried to lose weight. I was 225 and I started working out. I was 2 hours at the gym for 7 days for 3 YEARS. I had a personal trainer. I was working 50+ hours at a busy restaurant, and I was eating a very tiny amount of food + NO SUGAR. Total = I lost ONE SIZE. I went from a 18 to a 16 and I…

LoL!! That's my perspective too, HAHAHA!

I lost 45 lbs in a very short period of time w/o exercising and eating ONE super sized whatever McD's meals per day.

Incredible!

You know, I actually bought some stevia. I am def. going to replace my sugar with stevia. Thanks for reminding me that it has been sitting in my cabinet, LOL!! :D

OMG!! Mocha Coconut has to be my favorite thing in the whole wide world!! Before I started MFP, I would drink one every day, no joke. I went on the SB website and found that the light version in the tall size has 100 calories!!! YAY! So.. I thought about it like this: I still get the mocha coconut goodness, but the last…

Oh wow! Yeah, big difference. You may not be able to see it because you are seeing it in progression, but there is a difference.

Got it! Thanks for posting. I am reading it all right now. I was ALWAYS told to eat breakfast, but for real.. I don't ever feel like eating breakfast. I HATE eating in the morning. It's aggravating. If I have to consume something I just like water. I don't even understand why I hate it so much. I think I just don't like…

I'm just guessing here, but I bet it would depend on whether or not you feel hungry. So if you wake in the morning and miss breakfast, but you never felt hungry then your body wasn't in starvation mode. But if you feel hungry and then you skip eating just to save calories then your body goes into starvation mode. I don't…

LOL!! Serious meaning dangerous. I re-read that and it sounded a little...hmph... weird. Hahaha!!

So I could cut my chances of being attacked, by not knowing anyone? :D I've have been in many serious situations all of which were with men that not only did I not know personally, but I had never seen before in my life. The people who actually touched me were men I was serving at restaurants.

That's def. the one thing that I can't stand. When I start to feel back fat, it freaks me out. That is what encouraged me to start mfp. I use to be really fit, and then I had 4 babies in a row. Now, I am longing for my fitness again.

Mine is sweet tea. Oh, jeez. One sweet tea is nearly 400 calories!! For. a. drink. ... made. with. water!! Oh, how will I ever overcome that?! It is my weakness. :(

Awesome! I would love to be where you are. I'm starting my journey today. Thanks for the inspiration!
