I use them for their intended purpose. Muscles that are worked hard tend to recover more efficiently with the protein. You do not have to make shakes. I make mine into pancakes sometimes.

Does not bother me at all. We all pay to work out there. I encourage those that go into the strength areas. It would be better if more went in to be honest.

I say eat the yolk. It has the most in it. If you are going to benefit from it, eat the yolk.

It is something you are going to have to make a conscious decision about. Most people will say things are okay in moderation. But if you know you can not moderate it the way you would need to then avoid it. It is not worth sabotaging yourself over. You are much more important than whatever it is you are struggling with.…

It is normal. Try to think of positive things you have done over the last bit you have to do. I know it is hard.
