I use full fat for most things and 2% for milk. Sometimes I do low fat sour cream, but when it comes to cheese I only do full fat anymore. I even shred my own, it melts so much better than the bagged stuff.

I just completed a short course of prednisone for the first time in my life and gained almost 7 pounds pretty quick. After I quit taking it, I lost everything I had gained in less than a week. Prednisone sucks, but it sure did make me feel better. Hope the side effects are short lived for you. :flowerforyou:

On top of a hot dog in a nice soft bun topped with shredded cheddar and hot sauce. Or on top of a baked potato with shredded cheese and sour cream. Or with oyster crackers, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce. Or maybe cornbread. Or beer bread. It's pretty good any way you eat it. :happy:

I have the same problem. I think I'm just gone too long and stuff gets overcooked. I pretty much use mine for roast, soups, and salsa.

He likes ribs and Doritos and you're trying to feed him tofu with kale and sprouts, so there's your problem. You can't force your lifestyle on other people, it just doesn't work. I can picture the look on my husband's face if I told him that I was making that for dinner. :sick:

I lost 70 pounds on WW, but then gained it back when I was trying to conceive and through my pregnancy. I switched because it just wasn't motivating for me anymore. I love MFP though!!
