I'm almost 3 months post partum with my second. I have a bad back so I mostly need to rely on food choices to lose weight, so jumping back into low carb. I'll send you a friend request!

I have PCOS, but don't have many symptoms for it either. Also a type 2 diabetic, so add me if you'd like! I'm trying to get back in the groove after having a baby almost 3 months ago, and am doing low carb if you don't mind a low carb friend.

I have PCOS, but haven't really been on track with my diet like I should be. I know a lot of ladies with PCOS follow a low carb lifestyle. There's a great PCOS group on here though, so you might ask there! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/3070-p-c-o-sis

I had no idea that PCOS made us more likely to binge. I would probably be in a normal weight range if I could control my binges and self sabotage moments. :# I might have to look into that book!

I haven't made this, but had pinned it a while back on Pinterest. http://www.2stews.com/2009/09/cheesecake-in-mug.html

I like to have a piece of sourdough or wheat toast topped with sauteed spinach and an over easy egg. Also good with avocado instead of the spinach!

Ditto to this! I have ovulation pains every single cycle, and they are intensified now that I'm on fertility medication. Painful ovulation can be and is totally normal for some women, and it doesn't mean there is something wrong.

I like to make huevos rancheros smeared with some refried beans for dinner. Super quick and really good!

We've been trying to add on to our family since August 2014, suffered 3 miscarriages in 2015, and just started fertility treatments. I've been logging in consistently on MFP, but my weight has been stuck because I don't always log my food like I should. Exercise would probably help, too! Now that the holidays are done, I…

Hello from a fellow Missourian! There are tons of workouts on YouTube, which I'm pretty sure there is a YouTube app on the Xbox if I'm not mistaken. Fitness Blender is a good one on there. You should be able to find some exercises to use with your weights and probably even your hula hoop! I've also done the Just Dance game…

I also have PCOS and high BP. Kind of been a struggle this past year or so due to a chronic back problem and multiple miscarriages, the emotional eating has gotten the better of me. Trying to get back on track so we can hopefully start fertility treatments in January. I would love some support from other cysters.

I love these for the holidays, you could even use a spinach wrap to make them more festive. They always go quick! http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/cranberry-feta-pinwheels

We have been actively trying for #2 since last year. Kind of struggled with the weight loss since then, but I'm attempting to get my butt back in gear.

Eh, I'll eat it but it is definitely not my favorite pie. I'd prefer it in cheesecake form.

I just recently found out I'm pregnant for the 3rd time this year (had early miscarriages in January and July). I'm not sure what you've been doing so far, but I highly recommend using opks (if you can, they don't always work with pcos because some ladies get constant LH surges) and tracking your basal body temp so you…

I lost about 40 pounds before we started trying for a baby in August 2014. It's been a rough year due to multiple issues including 2 miscarriages along the way, so I've struggled to lose more since then (definitely an emotional/stress eater here). I could use some extra accountability while I try to put the focus on me for…

Yum, thanks!

I used to sell shoes and developed plantar fasciitis during that time. I started wearing Ecco shoes and I have been pain free for years. They have athletic shoes as well as a variety of other styles. I would highly recommend checking out a good shoe store or shoe department, look in the comfort shoe area and try on…

I had mine checked last month after my second loss, since we were also at the year mark TTC. I went to a reproductive endocrinologist for testing, but I don't think progesterone was one thing he checked (I was also not at a point in my cycle that it would have been beneficial to check it though). My hormones all fell…

My husband and I have been TTC #2 for 13 months, with 2 losses this year. I'm trying to get a handle on my diet, but with the emotions of TTC and my losses, it hasn't been going that well. Fingers crossed with both get our rainbow babies very soon! You can add me if you'd like.

We just passed the year mark TTC #2. Sending you a request!

I was just re-diagnosed with PCOS last month (long story on that one, haha). Trying for a year to have a baby with no luck other than 2 miscarriages, so I'm trying to concentrate a little more on me at the moment. Weight loss really can be such a struggle with PCOS! Add me if you'd like.

I sent you a request!

Turkey wrap (turkey, cheese, slice of bacon, spinach, tomato, and a bit of chipotle ranch dressing on a tortilla) with a side salad (feta, dried cranberries, italian dressing) and a clementine.

I have another 60 or so to go to reach my goal. Sending you a request!

Or not, because it says the OP deactivated their account.

Just turned 34, at least another 60 pounds to lose to get to my goal. I'll send you a request!
-
You could put it in as calisthenics, I'm pretty sure that's in the database.

Ditto to so many things that were said in this thread! I seem to have lost my way the last couple of months and have struggled to get going again. I'm ready to do this! Friend request sent.
