    I'm so sorry for your loss :( I'd love to join a gym, but hubby has forbidden it until I use the weight bench we have in the garage for a few months and prove that I will stick with a workout routine.

    Successes/struggles this week: I do really well during the day, but at night it's so easy for me to grab take out instead of making dinner. Part of my New Year's resolution is to be a better meal planner and stop eating out so much, so hopefully that will no longer be my struggle!

    I find it far easier if I sit down and plan out my evening meals for the week. I even have a dry-wipe thing on my fridge so that I know what I'm doing otherwise I'd find it too easy to go down the take-away/junk route.

    I clearly don't lead a very exciting life...
