Hi, All!

This is a follow on from the December 2015 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the December challenge to join in January. (In fact, you can join at any time.)

    I'm already worried about the exercise element, as I've been in a huge amount of pain- however, I'm determined to not make this an excuse, and I want to try something gentle like yoga.
