Hi all, 5'3'', size 8 (don't know in US sizes!!) on top half, 12 on bottom half due to large bum! I find soup quite good for hunger - possibly because I am a bit of a numpty and find it harder to eat using a spoon so it takes me longer to eat. And usually its mainly made of veg and water so can eat quite a lot relatively compared to other food so it fills me up. Drinking enough water is really useful as well.

it's better to be healthy and count - with apps etc now it only takes a few minutes a day and helps to keep you on track. Might as well use the tools available to keep healthy.
