Patience is a great hing to have. If you haven't done so already start tracking your measurements and take before/during/after pictures. The scale is stuborn at times and taking measurements and pictures will show you another story.

Reported because you're doing it wrong. It's common knowledge that you MUST eat zero calorie foods and do endless hours of cardio with 2lb. pink dumbbells so you don't get all bulky! :mad:

STOP GETTING ON THE SCALE EVERYDAY!!!! Body weight fluctuates day to day; sometimes it can fluctuate by up to 5 pounds. Choose one day of the week that you weigh yourself and stick to that. Also if you haven't already done so take before pics and take body measurements (waist, thighs, neck, etc) these are BETTER indicators…

I just started on 1/7/13 and the first few workouts including warm-ups took less than 30 min. I noticed yesterday that as I progress it is VERY NECESSARY to take longer recovery periods in between sets.

In order to open your diary you will need to go to go to the my home tab then click on settings. Click on diary settings. At the bottom of that page will be the option to make your diary public.

You're going to have to make your food diary public in order to get any real help. ETA: For many who do 30DS they notice that they lose inches but, not necessarily any weight.

^ It's all about the order. When I was taking those I took them in the wrong order and I ate aafter 9pm so not only did I get bulky I got skinny fat too!!!!
