Good morning everyone. I didn't do P90X workout today, but I did my own cardio which was walking and jogging for almost 5 miles. What is everyone using for pull up's. Sis and I started 3rd week of P90 X today. Weekend was really bad for me as far as food goes but I will definetely make up for it during the week.

I am also doing the tree strent training workouts a week but doing my own cardio. I get bored easily so have to go outside plus I like to mix it up, ie; power walk, hike and jog.

Thanks for the tip. Right now I am just doing what you did, taking my rest but not hitting the pause button. I will try it your way, only thing is that I have to do the ab ripper in the evening, otherwise if I do it in the morning and keep hitting the pause button I may never get to work, LOL!

Me,me, me! My sis and I started last week so I will join your thread. We started at 5:45 and also did chest and back. We are still trying to recover from last week. The only thing is that we will be doing our own cardio on the cardio days instead of P90X. Tomorrow we will go hiking. Hope more people join the thread. :smile:

Are you doing P90X, Insanity Hybrid? If soo would you mind sending me a copy of the schedule. I completed one round off Insanity and started P90X but fell of the wagon, but I am going to restart again tomorrow with my sisters and would love to incorporate Insanity. Thanks!

A glass of Ice with half seltzer water and half diet cranberry or grapefruit juice. Very refreshing and make me feel like im drinking soda without all the other junk.

Flan. A frien co-worker made me a whole flan and I plan on eating 1/2 of it. My husband is getting the other half, otherwise i would eat it tomorrow. I'ts so darn good!

I am starting Turbu fire as soon as I'm done with Insanity (well, ill take a little break 1st). If I have the energy I am going to try to add JM Ripped in 30.

Im with you. I love fruit and always eat it 1st thing in the morning before anything else. That way your body and skin takes advantage of all the nutrients and antioxidants. You will get beatiful skin by doing this and your digestive system will work better. As I always say "Nothing in excess, everything in moderation"!

I try to do dinner leftovers and re-heat at work. If no leftovers I take; A potatoe and pop in the microwave and then just add some salsa Hard boiled egg whites and a piece of toast. I always take fruit and veggies as well for snacks. Peanut butter sandwich. Healthier than fast food when no time for lunch. Oh and I always…

Flan - 1 Slice has 620 calories! OMG! I love flan and this co-worker would make it for me so I would eat the whole thing which equaled about 2500 calories.

I make mine kind of the same way except that I dont add the pepper ot tumeric and mix it with black beans. 1st time I made it (simple) kids and husband hated it. But when I made it the spanish way with the black beans they loved it.

DONT DO IT! I did it and it does leave your hair super straight, smooth and shiny but no volume at all! I had to blow dry and then use hot rollers to get volume so what's the point. Also my hair seemed to fall out like crazy.
