To turn off go to settings, audio cues and then time trigger. I like that it talks to you because that tells me if I am falling behind in distance compared to time.

I use Runkeeper app to track distance and what not but I recently bought a New Balance HRM at target and that is way more accurate.

I dont think you can completely get rid of it but you can significantly reduce it by drinking lots of water, doing lots of cardio and like someone else said getting massages. How do you handle the whole bike ride and getting there all sweaty? Would love to do it but i work in an office, so i feel that even if I change ill be sweaty and stinky.

I am at 123 now and aiming for 115 but I want to look toned, not skinny, so I will determine as I am getting closer to my goal since I tend to carry a little more muscle weight than fat.
