  • Today was Back and Bicepts for me. I bought heavier weights and used those so im really sore but in a good way. @mets86champs, so sorry to hear that you guys are still without power.   • Today I did back and Biceps. It was a good workout. Afterwards went for a quick walk/jog. I'm feeling energized and great but i'ts getting so much harder to get up in the A.M. with the chilli weather and being super dark. Can't wait for daylight savings time to end.

  • I'm on week 4 which is supposed to be a recovery week but it sure doesn't feel like it. Instead of doing the stretch I went for a 4 mile jog this morning. Felt great since the weather is starting to cool down just a bit. Now for tomorrow is core sinergistics. Everyone keep up the good work and don't give up!

  • It's like Sriracha, but better. I make it with red japanese chliles, olive oil, garlic and salt. It's so delicious I think I'm addicted cause I put it on everything that is not sweet (eggs, steak, chicken, fish, vegetables, rice, beans, soups) everything. I even have an extra jar at work.

  • Good morning everyone, I am sorry to say that I did't get my workout in this morning. I slept in a little later but those 2 hours of extra sleep were very needed. I will try to do a 5 mile jog tonight, otherwise tomorrow is legs and back. Hope everyone has a great day.
  • Today was shoulders and arms for me. For some reason that's my favorite workout. Halfway done with week 3 and it doesn't seem as hard to get up in the A.M. anymore. I do have to work on getting to bed earlier to get more zzzzzz!:huh:
