Try baking chocolate powder no sugar with a banana and skim milkshake. or in oatmeal add your sugar or sweetner I like stevia for that chocolate haystack cookie flavor yum. Goodluck

I'm quit fond of mine...lol burned out a blender by not adding enough liquid. You can use canned garbonzo beans or chickpeas there the samething.

Been eating clean, since highschool back before it was popular....grewup eating out our family garden, raisng our own eggs, beef, etc if I eat at fast food my body rejects me....I feel lighter , clear skin, I don't smell, and I don't look my age. :-) my husbands parents were hippies, so it made eating clean easy.

Ok so your 18 with a dim memory of a 5th gradehealth class,touting Healthy eating. I would not follow a goverment subsidized health plan...... go to the library and do some homework, talk to a nutritionest.

You can make a maranade of rice vinigar soy sauce. Some water chopped green onions shredded ginger,and one finally. Chopped jalapeno crushedgarlic let sit for anhour taste add ingrediants to your taste and adjust. then add pork chops in a ziplockbag and grill on bar be que or broil

I make my own almond milk too as I like to control what goes init to make it sweet and how sweet. I like it,sometimes I use stevia or organic honey add cinnomon ....strain I also make my own rice milk too.
