Today I reset my goals. Now that the whirl wind of life has settled down. I have gained a few lbs. But want to get back to my motivation, and moving forward. Goals 15,000 steps a day and 12000 on the weekends. eat clean no more processed foods no more fast foods. For one week.

I use a fit bit and I love it! Wearing it keeps me challenged, plus my work supports it,now my husband has one. We are always trying to out do one another. I' collect books, my husband is forever threatening to toss them out,every time we move. I did get rid of a few, but it's growing again

Today I pulled out my food scale. And put batteries tobuy for it on the list. :p I indulged in a salmon omelet for breakfast with cheeses and buttery toast. Before the games begin! B)

Hi I'm a fit bit user, goal is 15,000 steps a day been using one since April. And I love it. Looking for weekend challengers I have a hard time getting my steps in on the weekend :) I also have about 150 lbs to lose.

My work provides there employees with a fitbit for free it is the charge and I love it. Plus I get paid cash for using it and making my goals on the work website. So far since April I'm down two pants sizes.
