it doesn't mean you are suppose to starve yourself. It means that you are not suppose to eat from dawn until dusk. After dusk, anything is fair game.

I like the new food idea. I have done that in the past with my kids, I should start that up again.

I completely disagree. I have lost 16 pounds in about two months by calorie counting. People greatly under estimate how many calories they are taking in as well as what a serving is. I was guilty of both of these things. Now I am better educated and can pretty much eyeball a correct serving. I will stick with my calorie…

I think it depends on many factors, but height is a big one. For me the magic number as 15 lbs. I hit it last week and everyone has been commenting on my weight loss.

I am currently stuck at 138. I would like to drop another 10-12 lbs.

LOL I get some strange looks from other chicks when I explain my take on porn but I am a realist. Another thing I think most women do not even take a minute to consider, is that for most men, porn was their first sexual experience and chances are, most consistent. Who am I to ask them to stop?

To me, the original question is like asking if women who are in realtionships who watch romantic comedies are unhappy in their relationships. It doesn't sound like she is, it sounds like she doesn't want to go overboard. No one needs to gain crazy amounts weight while pregnant. I gained 12 lbs with my first pregnancy and had a healthy 7 lb 14 oz baby and I only weighed 112 lbs pre-pregnancy.
