You need to eat a carb first thing in the morning to keep your energy levels up. 1 slice of wholemeal or multi grain bread works for me! Good luck.

Im suppose to eat 1,400 but struggle to get to get 1,000 down my throat. I just cant understand it? hello - i stick to eating only 1 carb a day and thats at breakfast. That is either a slice of multigrain toast or a piece of fruit. You MUST eat a protein with every meal so i have either egg or ham or bacon (only 50 gram though) So far i have lost 15kgs in 18 weeks. Good luck!
