I am actually on day 47 of Whole 30. I am doing 60 days. This has been the easiest Whole 30 yet, as there are no temptations from Social events!

My Fastest time was 24 minutes.I usually average 25- 27 minutes depending on course.

This is a matter of opinion. Personally, I eat a Paleo diet and I do not eat grains and yes, I think bread could be a cause for the bloating.

I try to eat a 90 % paleo diet. (I am human and occasionally want a slice of pizza or something!) But I use MFP more to keep track of what I am eating and not for calorie count. OP- You asked us to critique your diet so you can lose those last few pounds and lose belly fat. Just giving you an idea as eating a Paleo diet helped me when I ditched the grains and cheese.

Grains are not healthy and they are toxic to the body. That is the way they were designed. The non-digestible proteins that wreak havoc in our system allow grains to pass un-harmed through the intestines of animals and emerge victorious and in a pile of fertilizer at the other end. This thread has nothing to do with potty training. However with that being said, I am sure the OP will be doing the one training as it seems his wife doesn't do much at all.

So I have read the posts....I have to agree with this. If she is unable to fulfill her job as a SAHM, perhaps she should get a job outside the home and pay for daycare and a housekeeper.

I know being a SAHM mom is a very hard job. I believe that if she stays home and you are the financial provider, her job is the household duties. It's a job, yet also a privilege to be able to stay home with the children.
