To lose weight and keep it off is not a diet, it's a life style change. You don't really quit when you reach your goal... which may be discouraging to think about for some, but once you change your lifestyle it makes it easier to not look back.

I made a cucumber, tomato, onion, and imitation crab salad with some red wine vinegar, and some different spices. It was delicious!

I will add my calories back in if it is a substantial amount, such as half of my chicken or steak. If its veggies, I don't.

10 kids, 3 of them are step children, and we have custody of them. All 10 are 16 and under :) Fun times!
