tonite I macked out on Catelli Smart Spaghettini with Veggie/Meat Sauce, and mixed veggies. I was on the road today and I only ate fresh fruit and veggies all day so I got to "indulge" tonite.

wow girl I hear u!!!!! I understand the hormonal roller coaster all too well. I just cant imagine adding a allergy to it all. So strange cuz i was just facing exact same issue with the exception that mine are all over my back. I did take benedryl and will have to tough it out today. I did hear that Benedryl Cream was to work well too.

i went onto this site and plugged in my info and it gave me a 1600 caloric count. I am usually under this but when i stick by it I find that I lose weight very quickly. I also follow the LA Weight Loss of long ago when they taught me the 5,4,3,2,1 diet - 5 veg, 4 fruit, 3 starch, 2 protien & dairy, 1 fat. I mainly follow…

I have noticed that when i increase to more fresh raw veg and increase in water up to 2 litres per day, that i have dropped the weight like crazy. I also decreased my starches and eliminated salt. My body reacted right away, this is day 4 for me and i have lost 5 lbs since i started.

Thanks everyone for your input, I prob should have been more specific, I am cutting out White - rice, pasta, potatoes, crackers. I am tryin to have as few carbs for the first 2 days as i can.
