  • Girl I too have had bad days where I Emo-Ate and felt horrible. But the next day I remembered that when the sun came up I was getting another chance.   • Well with some help from a trainer (talked to her on msn) we came up with a quick idea to add cals without adding sodium (hate water weight). I had some sugar free rolo ice cream in the freezer which is 110 cals per 1/4 cup so i had 1/2 cup of that with skim milk and some fresh fruit made into a milkshake and that bumped…

  • I have done both. All the fast foods are at the wayside! I have increased the amounts of whole grains and have changed a few things. I read labels now, I drink more water, I indulge occassionally but I watch what is going in b/c I know that my life will change the next day if i over indulge. Its all about moderation.

  • Well just after posting this I went back to my ball to finish my workout, lost my balance, fell backwards, hit my head on the corner of the wall and just about knocked my block off! Well after a big lump, a huge headache and 2 traumatized sons I think the ball is going to be used less LOL!

  • Wow you are very much under your goals. You need to increase your calories and at least get close to it so that your body doesnt go into starvation mode. Try to increase your caloric intake and see how that works for you. Good luck!
  • thank you all for your input!!!! yes it does make much more sense. I guess I got thrown off by the fact that I was almost meeting my goals each day but yes it does make sense that much of those calories are empty. I also think that the rice may be hurting me more than helping. I gotta expand my culinary skills! linda
