Nothing wrong with some vulgarity, and profanity lol. I have tried it all, just dont enjoy it. I am working on my speed for running, strength training, and yoga right now.

I go through websites like www.skinnytaste.com that have the nutrients posted for their recipes. Then I make up a meal plan for the week. I find planning the whole week keeps me on track better! :)

The end of June is 1 year from getting back on track with being serious about my health, & losing weight. Also the end of June I am going to be the maid of honor in my sisters wedding. She has chosen these cute little dresses that I'd like to not look like a sausage in ;p I have about 30lbs to lose by then.

HRM = Heart Rate Monitor. I have a good one called Polar FT40 and got it at Amazon.com. As far as the fitbit goes, I didn't find it real informative for my own personal needs so I'm selling mine off, but I got the Bodymedia Fit Link Armband and love it. Depends on your size, activity etc. I am currently at 1270 and lost 3.8 this week and 3.4 the week before. :)

I log every Monday morning. I only weigh once per week, except the occasional "checking" through the week but those don't count.

Checked the app against my treadmill today.. it was off by +30. :/
