The number of calories I was eating per day was staggering. I entered a pre-MFP day one time, just to see how much I was taking in, and almost flipped; 7,500 calories. Now I am still eating, just not the garbage I ate before.

My scale can go up or down by 5 to 7 pounds in a day. I think the reason we notice the gains after a bad day is because we automatically jump on the scale first thing to see what damage has been done. I'm only weighing once a week on Saturday mornings at this point.

I would have to drop 174 pounds to be at my ideal weight. I've been in fantastic shape in the past, gone up and down in weight, and finely, let myself go to where I am now. That's what I'm doing now, looking into the guy. It's a hell of a thought that someone will be snapping and popping the bones in my back, especially considering that the nerves may be exposed to the bone. I'll have to have that warm and fuzzy before I let him start "adjusting".

Thanks for all the replies. I'm not going to give up on the exercise, may just have to focus on cardio, with light weight training, until I get this thing worked out. I wish I could go get me $ back. What I will do is report the situation to my insurance company.
