I'm tracking calories, but I'm also trying to follow the Sonoma Diet. It makes more sense than anything I've seen yet.

I live in beautiful Lion's Head Ontario, on the edge of Georgian Bay. In July 2011 I had a heart attack and had 2 stents inserted in a 95% blocked artery. What a wake-up call!!!. Thus the picture of my heart-shaped 70th birthday cake with 2 stents on it, my daughter's idea of a fun cake.
