Almost done with it:) I'm on W6D3 tonight! I did have to take short break due to shin splints, but I'm back at it strong again. It's truly helped me to enjoy running for the first time!

Level 1 Day 6 done. Took yesterday off due to being lazy (no other excuse really). Looking forward to Level 2 as I'm maxing out on level 1!

Level 1 Day 5 and so much easier! Going to pick up some 5 lb. weights tomorrow, although I agree those last side lunges are a killer!

Day 4 Level 1 completed before bed last night:) Getting so much easier!

Day 3 Level 1 completed. I took yesterday off and regret it. No good excuse other than I was sore. I won't be doing that again--today felt much easier than days 1 and 2!

I bought mine on iTunes for $8.99 which is great for me since I'll be able to take it anywhere with me! (We're a total Apple family with the Apple TV, iPad, iPhones and Ipods;) )

Took measurements last night and did Day 1 Level 1 this morning before work. Starting measurement are: Height: 5'6" Weight: 180 Waist: 37 Hips: 44 Thigh: 25 Arm: 13 Bust: 37 I'll try to get pictures tonight. Although as a professional photographer, I'm not typically in front of the camera!
