After I walk my inner thighs hurt. As I walk my muscles become very itchy and I have to stop and take a break. But what is weird about my muscles itching that it only happens when I do cardio. I wear nike dual fusion shoes.

I work at Outback Steakhouse....sooooo many bad foods! And I see my coworkers munching on cheese fries and bloom and I just wantt to jump all over it! It is so hard to avoid it.
