THIS!!!!! I'm pretty sure this guy knows what he's talking about by now:) I eat a lot in the evening and snack before bed nightly. I feed my body when it's hungry, not when someone else tells me I should be hungry...and it's working:)

Skin's elasticity is almost entirely determined by genetics. The weigh lifting does help the appearance of the loose skin because the muscle fills up some of the space previously occupied by fat. Aside from the surgery, the improvements are minimal, but dont get discouraged. Do the best you can<3

^NOT this. If you are active all day and eat well, that IS hard work. Who would bother doing (extra) cardio every day if they burned 2000 calories at their job??? Not a anyone I know. And two jobs plus school, PLUS trying to fit extra workouts in is not very "easy" of an easy way. Lol It IS that simple:)

If you're active all day anyway, don't sweat a "formal" workout:) Get a fitbit and keep track of what you're burning while you go though your normal day, you might burn more than you think. Any extra you WANT to do, just fit in where you can. Keep it simple:)
